Who?
All women are asked to be part of ECW.
ECW Meetings:
ECW meets on the second Monday of each month, September – May, usually in Tyler Hall. Lunch is provided ($5.00 per person), along with an interesting program and speaker.
2023-2024 Luncheon & Program Schedule:
- September 12: St. Catherine’s Guild to host. Speaker. Nanette Mudiam, Director of the Dr. David Satcher and St. Michael’s Health Clinic, located in the refurbished Glen Addie Community Center and Boys and Girls Club
- October 9: St. Cecelia Guild to host. Speakers: Charlie Cosby and his wife, with the topic: “Jesus is the Way and the Life.”
- November 13: St. Helen Guild to host. Fr. Wally & Rev. Kathy will give an update on their mission trip to Uganda.
- December 9: ECW Board to host our annual Christmas Wine & Cheese Party. We plan to invite the women from St. Luke’s, Jacksonville, St. Michael’s, Anniston, and Messiah, Heflin.
Activities:
ECW supports a variety of activities within Grace Church and beyond, such as: Lobsterfest, United Thank Offering (UTO), Church Periodical Club (CPC), the Salvation Army Women’s Shelter, the Altar Guild, and the Brass Polishers.

To empower, motivate and nurture the women of the Diocese of Alabama in utilizing their gifts and talents to serve Christ in this world.
