Beans & Rice are usually given to approximately 150 people on any given Beans & Rice Saturday. There is a great need and hunger in our community and we are pleased to be able to help feed body, mind, and spirit through our Beans & Rice Ministry.
There are two preparation and distribution dates for Beans and Rice Ministry in February. Here are ways that you may help:
- Join us for our next preparation on Wednesday evening in Tyler Hall – September 3, 2019.
- Join us for distribution day on Saturday, September 7, from 8:30 – 10:30 AM
Food insecurity in our community is a real issue. Our beans and rice ministry help fill a real need during these trying times. Not only do we need assistance with preparation, but with funding as well.
The Beans and Rice Ministry is in need of additional funding. Consider making a donation toward the purchase of Beans and Rice. Make your check payable to Grace Church and designate for Beans & Rice.
